New EADS Socata
Organization Announced Tuesday
EADS Socata has a new internal organization, effective as of
November 1st, with the following persons:
Alain Brodin (above) joins EADS
Socata team as Vice-President Sales & Marketing of EADS Socata
worldwide. Brodin is a Vice President of the Aeronautics Division
of EADS, and will continue to remain in this position. He will bring to EADS
Socata his vast experience in sales and marketing as one of the
major contributors to the success of the ATR42/72 family (of which
more than 650 units have been sold on the regional aircraft
markets).
Jacques Lordon (right), previously
Vice President Sales & Marketing of EADS Socata worldwide, is
assigned to the position of Vice President General Aviation.
Lordon, will take over the responsibility of all program management
and technical activities and will supervise the Customer Support
organization (which remains under the responsibility of Bernard
Veyssiere).
Stephane Bernard (below), President & CEO
of Socata Aircraft, the US arm of EADS Socata, will also be
appointed as Deputy Vice President, Sales & Marketing of EADS
Socata. Under the new organization, Socata Aircraft, based in South
Florida, will expand its sales and support activities beyond the
USA and Canada, to also include Latin America.
