S.A.F.E Structure Completes Contract With USCG In Mobile, AL

Supplied Hangar Equipment To Support Maintenance Of Sikorsky MH-60 Jayhawk

S.A.F.E Structure Designs has successfully satisfied its contract to supply hangar equipment outfitting the United States Coast Guard’s (USCG) fleet of Sikorsky MH-60 Jayhawks in Mobile, Alabama.

By working closely with the Elizabeth City and Clearwater Coast Guard bases earlier this year, S.A.F.E. Structure set the precedence in the aviation industry and perfected their custom designed cohesive maintenance platforms for the Sikorsky MH-65, and afterwards the MH-60. These platforms allow mechanics to have complete access to all sections of their aircraft -- engine/transition/main rotor stand, tail boom stand, and a tail rotor stand -- with all safety concerns addressed and ergonomics maximized.  Recently, the Mobile Alabama Coast Guard found the quality of S.A.F.E. Structures maintenance platforms to work so efficiently for their mechanics that they are currently working with S.A.F.E. to design a check stand that will access the fire suppression bottle.

S.A.F.E. Structure’s President and CEO, Johnny Buscema states, “We at S.A.F.E. are extremely passionate about complete customer satisfaction when manufacturing safety first ergonomic platforms for maintenance. As we continue to expand and nurture our relationships with various companies for helicopters and for fixed wing aircrafts, we are so honored to work with the United States Coast Guard who likewise appreciates our seamless process for providing them with exactly what they need.”
