Nicrocraft Offering PMA Approved Seminole Exhaust Risers

Trainer Twin Obtains Another Replacement Part Option

Nicrocraft announced the receipt of FAA-PMA certification for its Piper PA-44 Seminole exhaust risers.

The Seminole's seminal position as the go-to multi-engine trainer has lent many of the type to a hard life under many a hamfisted student pilot. With age, corrosion, and wear, the old birds can stand to use some TLC from time to time, which Nicrocraft is always pleased to provide. The parts are eligible for installation on PA-44 Seminoles from 1979 and up, powered by a pair of Lycoming 180-horsepower O-360 engines.

The exhaust risers are constructed of heat resistant 321 stainless steel, covered by a 12-month, unlimited-hour warranty. The warranty goes into effect upon installation. Covered part numbers include WCC89366-003 (Riser, Left Front), WCC89366-011 (Riser, Left Rear), WCC86202-004 (Riser, Right Front), and WCC89366-005 (Riser, Right Rear).

The addition to the company portfolio is only the most recent, with a wide variety of similar exhaust equipment available for all the greats in the general aviation scene. Covered marques include Aeronca, Beechcraft, Cessna, and Piper, among others, not to mention Nicrocraft's considerable OEM presence behind the scenes.
