ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF TULSA APPROACH CONTROL ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 361803N/0950843W AND THE TULSA /TUL/ VORTAC 022 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.3 NAUTICAL MILES. TULSA APPROACH CONTROL, 918-381-6714, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MCALESTER /MLC/ AFSS, 918-421-6020, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
