ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FT AGL WITHIN 2 NAUTICAL MILES OF 353907N/1084833W THE GALLUP /GUP/ VORTAC 005 DEGREE RADIAL AT 11 NAUTICAL MILES. EL PASO NATURAL GAS CO. DENNIS SANDOVAL 505-722-3614 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ AFSS 505-222-3020 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
