ICON A5 Delivery Position Back On eBay

Scheduled June 24, 2016 Delivery Slot Available For Purchase

The owner of an early delivery slot for an ICON A5 Founder's Edition airplane has put the slot back on eBay after the initial offering did not result in the sale of the position.

The seller, marketmaeklar on eBay, has placed delivery position #23 on the online auction site with a "Buy it Now" price of $357,000. The reserve bid for the position is not listed, but as of Monday, the highest bid was $60,000 with the caveat "reserve not met."

In an effort to entice bidders, the seller has included quotes from Jimmy Buffett in his latest listing. Buffett is a pilot, but it does not say whether the singer/songwriter has actually flown the aircraft.

As we reported earlier this month, people holding existing positions for the aircraft are welcome to bid on this early delivery slot, according to the seller.
