PURSUANT TO TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137A(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 340633N/ 1115700W AND THE PHOENIX /PXR/ VORTAC 350 DEGREE RADIAL AT 040 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR AN ACFT ACCIDENT SITE OPERATIONS.
