XOJET Continues Expansion With Leadership Promotions

Moves Dedicated To Commercial Transformation And Client-Centric Approach

Private aviation company XOJET has strengthened its retail and brokerage platform with strategic enhancements to its leadership team.  Following five years of unprecedented growth and a 30% increase in charter brokerage in 2017, XOJET continues to build and expand its client-centric approach by appointing James Henderson as president of commercial operations and Gregg Slow as chief client officer.

As president of commercial operations, Henderson is principally accountable for the overall strategic direction and leadership of XOJET's branded client franchise. Previously chief commercial officer, Henderson steps into this new role following a year of major investment and development of XOJET's commercial operation. This has included the successful launch of Access Solutions, XOJET's newly minted suite of membership programs, extension of XOJET's retail footprint, expansion of the charter brokerage and operator network and the addition of world-class brand partnerships.

Slow, former executive vice president of sales and client services, has been promoted to the newly created position of chief client officer. In his new role Slow will continue to oversee the Sales and Client Services teams with a heightened priority for client acquisition, relationship development and engagement. This important function, integral to XOJETs leadership, further underscores the company's position as a direct-to-consumer and client-centric enterprise.

"True to our credo, both James and Gregg care deeply about our clients and the XOJET community and this is public recognition of their superior leadership performance and potential," said chairman and CEO, Brad Stewart. "Our intention with these well-deserved promotions is to solidify XOJET's relentless dedication to providing unparalleled advice and exceptional service to our clients."
