ASA Releases Updates To FAR/AIM App

Contains New Part 194 For Powered Lift Regs

Aviation Supplies & Academics, Inc. (ASA) announced the release of its updated mobile app for the FAA FAR/AIM three-book series. Previous versions included only the FAR/AIM and FAR for Flight Crew and this one also includes the FAR for Aviation Maintenance Technicians.

As with all ASA revisions, they contain the most current information available from the FAA. The new third FAR for maintenance technicians also includes all current regulations and advisory circulars.

The updated app now has a completely new section of regs for powered lift operations in the new 14 CFR Part 194.

This latest update also features more rapid and frequent rule changes on the fly to ensure that users always have the most current information. The user interface has been refreshed to provide a better user experience, and the highlight color has been updated to sky blue.

The new release is free to existing app owners who simply just need to update the app on their device(s) to take advantage of the additional features and content.

New purchasers of the app will receive the same bonus features as well as the forever updates that existing users have always enjoyed.

The FAR/AIM App is available on the App Store, Google Play, and amazon Appstore for $19.95.
