Aims Community College Selects Flight1 Aviation Technologies Simulators

Ten New Simulators For The Aviation Program

Aims Community College of Greeley, Colorado has selected Flight1 Aviation Technologies, Inc. simulators for their flight training program.

Flight1 Aviation Technologies, Inc. is providing Aims Community College with turnkey solutions that include all flight hardware, computers, and pre-configured software for two fixed-base and eight desktop trainers. The company’s G1000 simulation is considered one of the most accurate in the industry and looks, feels, and operates like the aircrafts counterpart. This includes realistic maps, interface pages, and an updatable worldwide navigation database.

The Enterprise G1000 simulators have the same familiar switches, knobs, and controls as the real aircraft.  This level of realism helps the students build muscle memory and minimizes negative transfer skills between the simulator and the aircraft.

The Archer DX Enterprise G1000 fixed-base simulator features a large visualization screen, fixed-base platform, integrated table top, dedicated instructor station, and all other necessary components. They are ideal for individual or classroom instruction and offer the same immersive experience as more expensive simulators, at a fraction of the cost.

The company offers a “Train the Trainer” program.  The instructors are experienced certified flight instructors who are also experts with the simulator. On-site and remote instruction ensures that customers can operate and train students effectively.

Enterprise G1000 simulators are available in both the US and international markets and are available for many other aircraft. These include the Garmin G1000 Piper, Cessna Nav III single engine pistons, Cessna 208 Caravan and the Cessna Citation Mustang. The company will announce a Cirrus Aircraft model soon.
