Source: Don Valentine, PMA-265 Canadian and Spanish F/A-18 Program Manager, commenting as the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) announced that the CF-18 Hornet Extension Project (HEP) has achieved initial Operational Capability (IOC).
