Upgraded: Superior's Sales Team

Tim Archer, Senior Vice President of Superior Air Parts, wanted us to know, "Superior's product offering and engine programs are expanding due to increasing market demands, and we knew we had to build a sales team of the highest caliber to meet those demands." So he did something about it.

Reporting directly to Archer is Terry Wood, Vice President of Sales. Wood has more than 30 years experience in general aviation, starting as a line mechanic for the Cessna Aircraft Company. He held various customer service and sales positions in his 10 years at Teledyne Continental Motors; he was most-recently with SMA.

In his reorganization of the sales team, Wood appointed Rhonda Froboese as Superior's new Sales Manager. Froboese joined Superior in March of 1998. According to Wood, "Rhonda was the obvious choice for this appointment because of her vast experience with Superior, her natural leadership abilities and most importantly because of her ability to create long-term customer relationships."

Reporting directly to Froboese is a team of seasoned Sales Representatives that includes Dave Rogers and Knick Curtis. Bill Peterson, a prior Superior employee from 1988-1997, has rejoined the Superior team reporting directly to Wood.

Archer further stated, "Terry has put together an excellent team that will help us meet our goal of becoming the Factory of the Future in delivering quality engines to the piston powered general aviation market."
