Million Air Names FBO Of The Year

White Plains, NY Takes Home The Platinum Prop

Million Air announced the winner of FBO of the Year during their annual awards banquet held in conjunction with the NBAA meeting in Atlanta this week. This year's 2010 FBO of the Year was awarded to Million Air White Plains. Million Air White Plains received a seven-foot, chrome plated propeller award personalized with each year's winners. The trophy will be displayed in the White Plains FBO lobby for one year before it travels to the next winning location.

The program measurements are based on quality standards, such as facility image and staff training; safety standards; regulatory standards; and customer satisfaction. Each FBO and their employee must be able to demonstrate how they are living the Million Air brand by following the culture, standards and programs. The FBO that demonstrates the highest level of achievement receives the award.

"We found that at Million Air White Plains the team clearly is committed to brand standards from facility appearance, service, safety and fueling standards and training. They provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all employees are practicing Million Air's standards every day. We looked at every detail and it was close but Million Air White Plains deserves this award." explained Troy Meryhew, Director of Franchise Operations for Million Air.
