D.A., ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW5000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 430514N/0822909W OR THE PECK /ECK/ VORTAC 142 DEGREE RADIAL AT 14.3 NAUTICAL MILES. DON MCINTYRE ST. CLAIR CO. D.A., TELEPHONE 810-650-3663, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. CLEVELAND /ZOB/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 440-774-0426, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
