ATEC Puts One on FAA's 51% List

The following kits have been added to the kit listing since April 7, 2004:

1)  The American Aero, Inc. Amateur-Built Aircraft Kits in accordance with FAA Order 8130.2E, Chapter 4, Section 7, and have determined that they meet the "major portion" requirements  of 14 CFR part 21, subpart H, section 21.191(g).

2) The ATEC v.o.s., Amateur-Built Kit has been found eligible with respect to the "major portion" requirement of section 549.5 of Chapter 549 of the Airworthiness Manual, section 21.191(g) of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14CFR Part 21):

Therefore, an aircraft built from one of the kits identified in this message is eligible for airworthiness certification provided all necessary regulatory requirements are met.

The attached listing supersedes all previous listings.
