Classic Aero-TV: The 'All-New' M600 Program - Piper's New 'Leader Of The Pack'

From 2016 (YouTube Version): The Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition Lets Us Take a Close Look at Piper’s M600…

Piper Aircraft is proud of their new M600 single-engine turboprop, and our ANN crew decided to take a look and provide you with the inside scoop on this new airplane. While at the National Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) held in November 2016, ANN News Editor, Tom Patton, linked up with Drew McEwen, who is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Piper Aircraft.

McEwen points out that the M600 provides both range and payload advantages to their M500, and it’s being touted as the perfect ‘step-up’ aircraft. He points out that it offers speed and range that, in some cases, exceeds the capabilities of twin-engine turboprop aircraft. He also references the Garmin 3000 flight system and how it makes management of the flight easier, safer, and more efficient.

While Tom talks with McEwan, you’ll see some great video of the airplane in flight and you’ll see the impressive details of the interior. Whether being used as a high-end personal airplane, or as a corporate airplane, the amenities provided for the passengers rank up there with the best.

Who would’ve thought this all started with Piper’s J2 Cub!
