A business accelerator focused on independent media delivery systems is incubating its first project: Outernet, which it says is the world’s first truly global media delivery service. Outernet will use a network of small satellites called, CubeSats, to transmit selected internet data, audio, video, text and applications to any Wifi-enabled device anywhere in the world at no cost.
