Mills was the PIC aboard a King Air 200 that went down in Colorado
January 27, 2001, killing two members of the Oklahoma State
University basketball team and eight other people. Family members,
including Wilson, decided over the weekend to put aside their
differences and sue Raytheon, maker of the King Air, because of
mechanical problems that they say were to blame for the crash. The
NTSB ruled that Mills erred in trying to recover from a complete
loss of AC power on the aircraft
