TRUMBULL COUNTY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TELEPHONE 330-565-7465 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. CLEVELAND /ZOB/ ARTCCTELEPHONE 440-774-0426 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
