New Ownership At AirCare Solutions Group

Former Owner Will Continue To Be Involved In The Company

Jeff Roberts has become the new owner, president and CEO AirCare Solutions Group, the company announced Tuesday. With an extensive background in successful business operations and product development, Jeff brings an extraordinary level of executive management expertise to the family of operating companies within AirCare Solutions Group. Through his proven leadership, Jeff will devote his management skills to strengthen the current position of AirCare Solutions Group as a leader in the world of corporate aviation.

Former owner, Doug Mykol, will continue to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the companies. As a result of his vision and efforts over the last 23 years in the aviation industry, today AirCare Solutions Group is considered the industry's most respected corporate aviation training and service providers.

"Jeff is just the person I was hoping for to take the AirCare Solutions Group companies into the next 20+ years," said Mykol.." His drive, determination and management experience will result in a greater variety of programs for the industry thus making our products and training programs available to more professionals, literally, around the world."

New efficiencies within the AirCare Solutions Group operating companies will develop by integrating the skills, knowledge base and experience of both Jeff and Doug. FACTS Training, ACCESS Assistance, AirCare Crews, Majestic Aerotech and the customers will all benefit from this increased synergy.
"My investment in AirCare Solutions Group represents an opportunity to contribute to the premier safety training and service company in business aviation," said Roberts. "The family of AirCare companies provides its customers with responsive and innovative emergency medical assistance through ACCESS, high quality and qualified pilots and attendant staffing through CREWS and the industry's benchmark standard in FACTS Training. AirCare Solutions Group is positioned to grow offering a positive impact on its customers in terms of both depth and breadth. I am thrilled to play a role in the company's ongoing success."
