West Coast Aircraft Sales Announces The Arrival Of The GA8 Airvan

Will Have Exclusive Distribution Rights From Hawaii To Utah

West Coast Aircraft Sales celebrates a new partnership with Mahindra Aerospace and welcomes the delivery of the new GippsAero GA8 Airvan to John Wayne Airport, SNA.

Created in Australia as a general purpose utility aircraft well suited for unimproved field operations, the company says the Airvan excels as a multi-mission workhorse with its quick change interior and capability to fly diverse missions. The Airvan is suited to perform missions such as airtours, cargo, skydiving, medevac, and ISR and was designed as a general purpose utility aircraft. Boasting a full-fuel payload of 1,250 lbs., the eight seat, quickly reconfigurable Airvan has an unparalleled safety record. 190 Airvans are currently in use around the world.

Gary Standel, President of West Coast Aircraft Sales, says, “We are pleased to have taken delivery of the Airvan in time to showcase it at the recent NBAA Regional Forum in Long Beach. Interest level was high and many were introduced to the capabilities of the Airvan for the first time.” Gary Bushouse, responsible for Airvan sales at West Coast, states, “The Airvan is a robust aircraft for the types of missions flown in the Western United States and will be a solid performer.”

West Coast Aircraft Sales is the exclusive GippsAero Airvan distributor for California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
