Executive AirShare Now Serving Six North American Markets

Company Launches Service At Wiley Post Airport (PWA)

Executive AirShare, a Kansas City, MO-based regional fractional aircraft ownership company, announced Friday it has added a sixth market -- Oklahoma City -- to its expanding service base in the Central United States. The company will base a Beechcraft King Air C90B at Atlantic Aviation at Wiley Post Airport (PWA) in Bethany, OK to serve the growing number of businesses seeking the advantages of business aircraft in the Oklahoma City area.

"We are excited to add Oklahoma City as a base of operation for our regional program," said Executive AirShare Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert D. Taylor. "The demand for fractional aircraft ownership continues in the Central US and we look forward to introducing a higher level of service to business aviators in this area."

Executive AirShare also serves shareowners in Tulsa, OK; Dallas and Fort Worth, TX; Wichita, KS; and Kansas City.

Executive AirShare operates a fleet of 15 aircraft, five Beechjet 400As, five Super King Air 350s and five King Air C90Bs, and currently holds orders for 44 Embraer Phenom 100 and six Phenom 300 jet aircraft, with deliveries beginning in Spring 2009. Executive AirShare is the only established fractional aircraft ownership company to offer shares in both the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300.

In July, Executive AirShare’s facility at Wichita Mid-Continent Airport (ICT) was certified as an FAA-Certified Part 145 Repair Station, which authorizes the company to perform all airframe and power plant maintenance and repairs on its fleet of aircraft as a certified repair station. Executive AirShare technicians receive annual training at FlightSafety International and are authorized to perform all manufacturer’s recommended maintenance and repair procedures on the company’s Hawker Beechcraft aircraft, and have begun maintenance training on Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft.

Executive AirShare recently expanded its service capabilities to include whole aircraft management by acquiring Fort Worth-based Executive Flight Services, Inc., formerly known as Flight Services Company, which manages eight jet and turboprop aircraft and maintains office, hangar and maintenance facilities, as well as a full-time staff of pilots, at Ft. Worth Meacham Airport (FTW).
