Stiffler, Wilkinson Named To New Posts
Cessna Aircraft Company is pleased
to announce two vice presidents have been named within the Customer
Services area. Jack Stiffler has been named Vice President,
Citation Parts Distribution and Peter Wilkinson has been named Vice
President, Cessna Parts Distribution. Both Stiffler and Wilkinson
will report directly to Ron Chapman, Senior Vice President of
Customer Service.
"Cessna’s aftermarket business is growing at a rapid pace
because of the Cessna fleets’ expansion and the diverse
services we offer our customers," said Ron Chapman, Senior Vice
President of Customer Service. "Our customers’ satisfaction
is our greatest priority, and we are committed to developing
services that provide Cessna customers with more advantages than
any other aircraft manufacturer. Jack and Peter’s familiarity
with our products and customers’ needs will allow them to
continue to lead their respective areas in developing industry
leading programs that exceed our customers’
expectations."
Stiffler is responsible for Cessna’s Citation aftermarket
business including Cessna’s Citation Parts Distribution
facility, inventory, supplier management, sales, aftermarket
operating cost programs such as ProParts and PowerAdvantage, and
Citation parts warranty. Prior to joining Cessna in 1995, Stiffler
held positions at Allison Engine Company. He earned a B.S. from
General Motors Institute and a M.S. from Purdue University.
Wilkinson is responsible for Cessna’s Propeller aircraft
aftermarket business including Cessna’s Parts Distribution
facility, McCauley Propellers, sales, aftermarket programs, and
propeller part warranty. Wilkinson joined Cessna in 1997.
Previously, he held positions at British Aerospace. He has an
engineering degree from Lincoln Technical College in Lincoln,
United Kingdom.
