Hartzell To Have Extensive Presence At SUN ‘n FUN

Exhibit Booths, Airshow Performers, Meet And Greets, And More

Hartzell Propeller and Hartzell Engine Tech will have a large and active presence at the SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo on April 1-6, 2025, in Lakeland, Florida. The Hartzell Aviation companies will have four exhibit booths, 034-037, in Hangar B.

The executives from both Hartzell Aviation companies will announce new products and discuss the future at the Expo’s Innovation Preview on Monday March 31.

Keith Bagley, President of Hartzell Engine Tech will talk about direct replacement PMAs – Parts Manufacturer Approvals – for new PowerUP S-20/S-200 Bendix Magnetos that are common in Cirrus SR-22 and SR-22T fixed wing aircraft and the Robinson R22 and R44 helicopters among others.

JJ Frigge, President of Hartzell Propeller, will describe the  company’s investments in several STCs and also information about Hartzell’s composite propeller white paper now on the website. Two of the STCs are approvals for propellers that will be featured on aircraft at the Expo.

Hartzell Aviation is sponsoring a number of airshow performers whose aircraft are equipped with either Hartzell or Whirlwind propellers:

  • Skip Stewart – WhirlWind

Several of the performers will be at the Hartzell booths for meet and greets:

  • Tuesday April 1, 9:30 – 10:30 am:  Ken and Austin Rieder
  • Wednesday April 2, 9:00 – 9:45 am:  Michael Goulian
  • Thursday April 3, 11 am – noon:  Rob Holland
