Source: Cheryl Kilday, President, Loudon County (VA) Convention And Tourist Bureau. Hers is the lead agency in a regional effort to draw upon the 3 million visitors expected at the Stephen F. Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum in northern Virginia. The problem is, the bureau and its affiliates have apparently taken very few steps toward integrating the museum, which opens December 15th, with other tourism sites in that target-rich environment.
