Ultimate Aircraft Composites Names New CEO

Ultimate Aircraft Composites has appointed Aviv Tzur as its new Chief Executive Officer and member of Board of Managers. Ultimate Aircraft Composites is an FAA, JAA and C.A.S.E approved repair company based in Ft. Lauderdale (FL), which specializes in composites precision repairs. The company caters to a wide variety of customers: commercial and cargo airlines, MRO companies, aircraft OEMs and parts' brokers.

"We are excited to join forces with the current management and employees of Ultimate," said Tzur who also heads AVbiz LLC, an aerospace ventures and consulting firm. "We plan to expand our company by leveraging our reputation in the aviation industry, and to increase our capabilities to meet the market needs in the 21st century." The company is already looking for more employees and space in order to accommodate the additional inflow of work.

Mr. Tzur led a group of investors who purchased Ultimate. The company was founded in 2000 by Mr. David Goett and Mr. Eugene Scime. Mr. Goett and Mr. Scime, both veterans of Pan Am Airways, remain with the new ownership.
