V-Coptr Falcon Released By Zero Zero Robotics

V-Shaped Bi-Copter Has An Advertised 50 Minute Flight Time

The latest UAV offering from Zero Zero Robotics is the V-Coptr Falcon, which the company unveiled last week.

Drone DJ reports that, according to the company, the V-shaped bi-copter has two motors attached to the fuselage on tilting arms. The company says the Falcon has an estimated flight time of 50 minutes, is equipped with a 4K 3-axis stabilized camera, obstacle avoidance, and a data transmission distance of 4.3 miles.

The aircraft comes standard with low-noise rotors. Obstacle avoidance is achieved through front-facing sensors. The drone is also capable of tracking objects in much the same way as DJI drones use their ActiveTrack system. It can be programmed for cinematic videos using built-in flight modes.

The weight of the drone is listed a 730 grams, or about 1.6 pounds. The 50 minute flight time is achieved through a 4500mAh battery. The controller has a battery life of about 2.5 hours, according to the company.

The aircraft can capture JPEG and RAW format photos. The video resolution is 4K@30 fps or 2.7K@60 fps.

The retail price of the drone is listed at $699. Deposits of $100 for February delivery are being accepted now
