As seems to be tradition, JSfirm.com (a job board for aviation, in short) will be pushing the endeavor, giving those in the industry a chance to move on to the next phase of their careers. For those who can't make it, JSfirm has added a little search provision to the EAA's AirVenture website, which may give some ideas for places to toss some applications. Repair managers, assembly specialists, technicians, sheet metal mechanics, financial manager, A&P, planners and more round out page after page of open job positions. But showing up and rubbing elbows is always a good reason to make the journey out to Oshkosh, Wisconsin - there's no replacement for face time!
