CAE Expands Business Aviation Training Footprint In Europe

Announces New Bombardier Global 5000/6000 Full-Flight Simulator At CAE London Burgess Hill

CAE announced Tuesday at the 2018 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) the expansion of its business aviation training footprint with the launch of the new Bombardier Global 5000/6000 full-flight simulator (FFS) with Vision flight deck. The new CAE 7000XR Series FFS is equipped with CAE Tropos 6000XR visual system, offering unprecedented realism. Luxaviation, Tag Aviation Europe, along with the pilots of many other business aircraft operators have started training at CAE London Burgess Hill.

“Luxaviation takes pride in offering its pilots the best training programs in the industry. CAE has been a tremendous partner over the years and we are pleased with the arrival of the latest Bombardier Global Vision FFS in London,” said Hauke Oldenburg, Group Head of Training, Luxaviation. “The quality of the equipment is impressive and we are proud that our pilots can experience world-class training in a state-of-art facility. We are convinced that CAE will continue to deliver best-in-class training programs and we look forward to our continued partnership”.

"Over the years, CAE has demonstrated that they truly understand what we at TAG Aviation require in terms of training for our crews: high-quality instruction that is TAG-operations specific, combined with state-of-the-art equipment and in a location that provides ease of access for our international crews," said Capt. Russ Allchorne, Vice President Flight Operations, TAG Aviation Europe.  "Having a brand new Global Vision FFS here in London Burgess Hill, close to our headquarters, for our crews to train at is absolutely fantastic."

“Offering the most innovative training equipment and highest quality training programs to our customers is always a top priority at CAE,” said Nick Leontidis, CAE’s Group President, Civil Aviation Training Solutions. “The deployment of the latest Bombardier Global Vision full-flight simulator at CAE London Burgess Hill highlights our commitment to delivering the best training experience to our customers. We are proud to be Luxaviation’s training partner of choice and to support its Global Vision training needs.”

In addition to CAE London Burgess Hill, Bombardier Global Vision training programs are also available at CAE Amsterdam, CAE Dallas, CAE Dubai, CAE Montreal. CAE has 7 Bombardier Global Series FFSs and, in partnership with Bombardier, an additional 3 Global Series FFSs available across its global network.
