Source: Bill Simon, Secretary of the Florida Department of Management Services, talking about the state's plans to purchase a new aircraft. Governor Jeb Bush and other top state executives, lawmakers and court officials would have access to the aircraft, as they now have access to the state's three slightly worn aircraft. The Tallahassee Democrat reports one of the top criteria for this latest purchase or lease will be that the airplane have a "flushable lavatory."
