Stellar Labs Names Tim O’Brien Chief Operating Officer

Joined The Company From A Social And Mobile Technology Company

Tim O’Brien has been named Chief Operating Officer of Stallar Labs. The company has grown substantially over the past year with the addition of new operators to the Stellar Alliance, Stellar’s partnership with Rockwell Collins and the launch of Stellar’s Charter Marketplace.

“Tim is a seasoned and trusted executive who consistently produces results,” said Stellar President David Fox. “I have tremendous confidence in his ability both to rapidly expand our operator network and to deliver a 5-star flying experience to our customers.” In his last role, Mr. O’Brien was Vice President of Program Management with responsibility for setting up standard processes across product development and operator services. He also played a key role in negotiating the Rockwell Collins partnership.

Prior to joining Stellar Labs, Mr. O’Brien was Customer Success Director at SalesForce.com, a leading social, and mobile technology company in enterprise cloud computing and customer relationship management solutions. He was instrumental in driving success programs for a portfolio of enterprise customers and enabling best practice guidance in the complete customer lifecycle.

“Over the next 24 months, Stellar must clearly differentiate itself from the dozens of self-styled ‘Uber for jets’ apps that aren’t much more than lead gathering tools for brokers,” said Mr. O’Brien. “Stellar is different because of our deep technological integration with our operators that increases efficiency, enhances profits and provides new digital channels to market. The unified commercial and flight operations management platform we are developing with Rockwell Collins will fundamentally change how operators do business. I am proud to lead that effort and honored to be part of a world-class team.”
