AviationCV.com To Recruit New A320 Pilots For Small Planet Airlines

Airline Plans To Grow To As Many As 21 Aircraft

AviationCV.com is continuing the successful cooperation with one of the fastest growing leisure carriers in Europe – Small Planet Airlines. The airline has once again entrusted the HR solutions provider with the processes of screening and recruiting the Airbus A320 cockpit crew for the 2016 summer season.

With plans to expand its fleet to as many as 21 aircraft (and introduce Airbus A321s) this year,  Small Planet Airlines operates in multiple permanent operating bases in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, United Kingdom and France as well as numerous seasonal bases across Europe and South-East Asia.

“Carriers often contact us about various issues related to seasonal changes. Nevertheless, finding a reliable HR partner that is able to provide short-term recruitment solutions at the same pace without compromising on quality is without a doubt tough for all operators. Over many years of partnership with Small Planet Airlines we have developed mutual trust that benefits all stakeholders, including all the potential candidates. First and foremost, they can expect to receive detailed and accurate information about the company they are applying to. Having worked together for such a long time we can confidently attest for the strong values of Small Planet Airlines,” comments Skaiste Knyzaite, the CEO of AviationCV.com.

AviationCV.com manages its own database of over 100 000 licensed pilots and other aviation professionals from all over the globe. The company offers both short-term and long-term HR solutions for start-ups, leisure carriers and operators undergoing restructuring. Its client list features such major industry brands as Ryanair, Turkish Airlines, China Airlines, Ethiopian, Air Astana and many more.
