Oshkosh/Discovery Wings Special Program Bumped A Month

EAA Airventure 2003 Special Postponed Until October

The Discovery Wings Channel has re-scheduled the hour-long AirVenture 2003 special produced by EAA Television. The program, originally set to premiere on Wednesday, Sept. 17, is now tentatively scheduled to air in late October.

EAA will announce the new date as soon as it is confirmed by Discovery Wings Channel.

However, the Discovery Channel's Sept. 19 documentary, The Wright Brothers: First in Flight, which features significant footage from EAA AirVenture 2003 as well as EAA's Countdown to Kitty Hawk program, presented by Ford Motor Company, will air as scheduled at 7 p.m. (CDT) on Sept. 19.
