Amazon continues to test its concept of package delivery via drone.

Their original design wasn’t much more than modified existing technology, but the new design has a similar plan-form as Santos-Dumont’s first heavier-than-air aircraft back in 1906. That is, it is squared off, looks something like a box kite, and it’s hard to tell the front from the back. Actions being brought against a skydive operation named, Skydive Myrtle Beach, in Myrtle Beach, SC have come to our attention. Over the course of a number of weeks, the ANN editorial staff has been perusing hundreds of pages of documents surrounding the forced closure of the South Carolina aviation business, based at the Grand Strand Airport, by county officials. Winter will pass, spring will come, and July marks EAA AirVenture 2016. If it seems a little early to be talking about AirVenture, keep in mind that it takes ‘mega’ preflight planning for AirVenture to lift off. If you’re planning on staying in camp Scholler, EAA just released some information you need to be aware of. All this -- and MORE in today's episode of Airborne!!!
