Deer Jet To Acquire A Major Stake Of UAS

The Leading Global Trip Support Group And Asia’s Leading Business Aviation Company Join Forces

Deer Jet and UAS International Trip Support have signed an SPA that will see Deer Jet acquire Major shares in UAS. The agreement was announced Monday at NBAA-BACE 2016 and is expected to be completed by December 2016.

According to the terms of the agreement, UAS shares will be held by Deer Jet and the existing shareholders. Additionally, both parties accorded that UAS Group executive management will continue to be led by both Co-Owners/Founders Mr. Mohammed Husary as Executive President alongside Mr. Omar Hosari as Chief Executive Officer.

The partnership will see both companies benefit from valuable synergies the agreement facilitates. The alliance will see both dynamic and visionary companies enhance their capabilities significantly to revolutionize international business flight and user experience.

In its 21st year of operation, Deer Jet operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of HNA Group, a Fortune 500 conglomerate engaged in tourism, aviation, capital investment and eco-technology among other businesses. Deer Jet operates an impressive fleet including the world’s only BBJ 787 in VVIP configuration - “the dream jet”- and has a vision of building an international brand and a global service network for business aviation. Deer Jet has been named the World’s Leading Private Jet Charter by the World Travel Awards (WTA) for its excellence in service and contributions to the industry.

Since its establishment in 2000, UAS has become a global leader in the flight support industry with four continental headquarters in Houston, Johannesburg, Hong Kong, and Dubai, four regional offices in Nairobi, Lagos, Beijing, and New Delhi, and ground presence in 23 global destinations.
