FDC 7/6337 ZME MS.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS SHUQUALAK, MS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR AN AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF USAF (EXCEPTION: USAF 14TH FIGHTER WING AIRCRAFT AND R4404AB OPERATIONS) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 325928N/0883126W OR THE BIGBEE /IGB/ VORTAC 177.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 29.5 NAUTICAL MILES. USAF, TELEPHONE 662-434-7020 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. MEMPHIS /ZME/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 901-368-8234, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
