Light Sport Flying Signs Deal With Aerostar

Web-Based Company Will Import And Sell The Festival

LightSportFlying.com says it has signed an exclusive agreement with Aerostar S.A. of Romania to import and sell the Festival, a light sport aircraft.

"We did market research and we believe that Festival offers the features that purchasers of Light Sport Aircraft want along with outstanding value," said Rick Pellicciotti, President of LightSportFlying.com. "Festival is an all-metal aircraft with side-by-side seating and tricycle landing gear. Powered by the popular, Rotax 912 ULS 100HP engine, the airplane performs very well and has a 500-pound useful load. Festival is built using conventional, ‘driven rivet’ construction and has rollover protection built in to the structure. We think these features are very important to safety conscious consumers."

What about pricing? "We have partnered with Aerostar S.A. to offer special introductory pricing on the first 10 aircraft imported into the US," said Pellicciotti. "The introductory price of the base aircraft will be $64,900.00. The regular price will be $69,900.00. Numerous options for avionics, instruments and even an all-plane recovery parachute system are available."
