"It was a generous offer from FedEx, but the program is not up and running yet. We are confident the class will be approved by the Ohio Board of Regents."

Source: Frank Vaccarello, campus public relations director for Kent State University-Ashtabula, on the school's rejection of a donated 727 from FedEx for a proposed aviation maintenance program at the school. It's not that the college doesn't want the plane... but the program has yet to be approved, and school officials fear a 727 may be too big once the class is up and running.
