Delta Unveils New Subsidiary

Swan Song Takes Flight

While its low-budget carrier has seen some limited success, Delta airline's newest venture promises to be "real cool." Called Swan Song, Delta's newest low-budget spinoff picks-up where Song left off. Named after a famous Led Zeppelin album, Swan Song will offer passengers a trip back in time to the 1960's. From miniskirt-clad flight attendants to the complimentary "herbal" tea, Swan Song promises to be an experience like no other.

Here are some of the airline's unique in-flight ammenities:

  • Led Zeppelin music broadcast on all in-flight entertainment channels.
  • Robert Plant napkins
  • Complimentary cigarettes (Yes, smoking is allowed)
  • Free Woodstock memorabilia to all first-class passengers

Swan Song launches its service today at its JFK hub with direct flights to Jamaica and London. Special saver fares are bring offered for only $69 each-way. Delta promises its new carrier will blow your mind. As Delta CEO Leo Mullin best described the new service, "It's a trip, dude."
