JSSI Names Industry Veteran Jeff Soderberg To Key Position

Becomes Director of Business Development For Southwest U.S. Region

Jet Support Services has named Jeff Soderberg director of business development for the Southwest region of the United States, including Southern California.

Soderberg joins JSSI from StandardAero, where he was global sales director, and brings decades of MRO sales and support experience, as well as 32 years of working with turbine engines across a vast range of make and models.

“Jeff has a proven record of success and extensive knowledge of our industry and we are excited to have him join our team,” commented Kevin Thomas, JSSI senior vice president, business development & strategic planning. “For years, we worked with Jeff as a customer. His customer centric approach aligns well with our culture and we are confident that he will help accelerate our rate of growth in the Southwest region.”

In addition to his tenure at StandardAero, Soderberg previously worked for Pratt & Whitney Canada in a variety of positions. Soderberg obtained a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics and an MBA from Dowling College in New York City. He is a licensed FAA private pilot and airframe and powerplant technician. Soderberg is multilingual and speaks Spanish as his first language. Based in the Phoenix area, Soderberg will be responsible for JSSI sales growth and development in the Southwest United States.
