NetJets Continues Expansion

Announces Projects in More Than a Dozen Top U.S. Markets

NetJets announced that it has acquired new or existing facilities in more than a dozen locations nationwide to service its growing customer base.

The company controls the largest share of flight volume in the New York area because it is the busiest location for NetJets “owners” (customers). NetJets will collaborate with Signature Aviation on major upgrades to one of its facilities at Teterboro Airport (KTEB) in New Jersey, and rebrand its primary FBO to become accessible only to NetJets Owners. As with other NetJets exclusive-use terminals, the dedicated space at TEB will have features and amenities such as private ramp and hangar space, dedicated parking, a new Owners Lounge, VIP conference rooms, and a refreshment station. The facility is anticipated to come online in 2025.

Work will also commence on an exclusive-use NetJets Service Hub at Scottsdale Airport (KSDL) in Arizona. This facility will be NetJets’ first new-build project and feature aircraft maintenance and restocking as well as a private lobby, VIP conference rooms, a scenic outdoor patio with mountain views, and covered parking.

NetJets’ westward expansion includes the recently opened exclusive-use terminal at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport in Montana (KBZN), to be joined by a new-construction two-hangar FBO in Las Vegas, Nevada, expected for completion in 2027.

Projects are in various phases of development at Eagle County Regional (KEGE) in Colorado, DeKalb-Peachtree (KPDK) in Atlanta, Georgia, Hanscom Field Airport (KBED) in Bedford, Massachusetts, and Austin-Bergstrom International (KAUS) and Dallas Love Field (KDAL) in Texas.

Patrick Gallagher, NetJets President of Sales, Marketing and Service said, "We are proud to announce our latest investments in support of growing our real estate footprint. By introducing new NetJets Service Hubs in the West, strengthening our partnerships with FBOs, and offering an exclusive facility at Teterboro, we continue to help our Owners reach across the country with ease.”
