Sanders Boards Wrong Private Jet After Campaign Event

Twitter Users Say The Democratic Socialist Using Three Gulfstreams For His Entourage

Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders reportedly boarded the wrong private jet after a campaign appearance Saturday.

The Blaze relays a report from TMZ which reports that Sanders was seen getting off a Gulfstream jet while traveling between South Carolina and Massachusetts over the weekend. The self-avowed democratic socialist candidate was headed towards a rally at Boston Common.

The incident occurred before Sanders took a drubbing at the hands of Joe Biden in South Carolina on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Sanders and other Democratic candidates are catching some flack for traveling on private jets at all. A Twitter user with the handle CarolinaGirl chastised Sanders for using no fewer than three gulfstream jets to fly himself and his entourage between Charleston and Myrtle Beach ... which is only a two-hour drive, according to the Twitterer.

The information in the post has not been independently verified.

Private jet travel is not unusual during Presidential primary campaigns.
