Operating Restrictions and Requirements

No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM (except as described).

Temporary flight restrictions are in effect due to train derailment (HAZMAT). Only relief aircraft under the direction of McHenry County Sheriff Dept 815-338-2144 are authorized in the airspace at and below 2000 feet MSL.
