Parrot Expands North American Distribution Network

Arvato SCM Solutions To Handle U.S. Fulfillment Services From Wisconsin

Dronemaker Parrot has entered into an agreement with Arvato SCM Solutions to provide logistics and fulfillment services from its Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. The company will handle distribution of Parrot drones in the U.S. and Canada.

The website Unmanned Aerial reports that Michael Luke, GM for the Americas at Parrot USA, said that North America is a "key market" for the dronemaker "as we continue to grow our consumer and professional drones’ offerings. Access to Arvato’s extensive network enhances our logistics and fulfillment, making the distribution of our products even more efficient to better meet our customers’ expectations.”

Arvato will manage fulfillment for Parrot out of its 540,000-square-foot distribution center in Pleasant Prairie, including all accessories and parts. The company handles logistics for multiple products out of the Wisconsin facility.

Arvato will also handle logistical services for Parrot, including returns, re-flashing of drones, repackaging and display building.
