Freeman Group Acquires First Texas FBOs

Growing Network Now With 24 Locations Nationwide

Freeman Holdings Group announced its recent acquisition of two FBOs in Texas, its first locations in the Lone Star state that add to the company’s growing count that now stands at 24 FBOs nationwide.

Its new FBOs are the Freeman Jet Center Abilene (KABI) and Million Air Lubbock (KLBB), formerly known as Abilene Aero and Lubbock Aero, respectively.

Freeman owns the most Million Air franchises with fifteen, as well as six Freeman Jet Centers. The facilities offer premium services and amenities such as safety-first services, DLA-approved aviation fuel, aircraft parking, GPU and power cart services. The FBOs also offer full-scale MRO services, aircraft sales, and charter facilities.

Scott Freeman, CEO of Freeman Holdings Group, discussed the recent acquisitions saying, "The addition of Million Air Lubbock and Freeman Jet Center Abilene underscores our commitment to expanding our network of premium FBO locations and bolstering our exceptional services.

“We are excited to welcome these new locations into the Freeman Holdings Group family and look forward to delivering unparalleled experiences to our customers in Texas and beyond."

Both Texas facilities are factory service centers for Textron and Cirrus aircraft with long histories of thirty-five years at Lubbock Preston Smith Int’l and fifty-seven years at Abilene Regional.

Both FBOs are members of the Avfuel Network and provide customers rewards through AVTRIP and competitive pricing through Avfuel Contract Fuel. Customers can also benefit from using the Avfuel Pro Card to consolidate all purchases into one transaction.
