PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR METHANE EXHAUST. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF CONSOLIDATION COAL ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 371030N/0815537W OR THE BLUEFIELD /BLF/ VORTAC 260 DEGREE RADIAL AT 35.9 NAUTICAL MILES. CONSOLIDATION COAL, TELEPHONE 276-498-8271,IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. INDIANAPOLIS /ZID/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 317-247-2242, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
