NTSB's Ellen Engleman Conners Will Address NBAA Convention's Opening Session

Chairman Designate's Participation in Event Underscores Focus on Flight Safety

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) today announced that National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Chairman Designate Ellen Engleman Conners will serve as keynote speaker at the Opening General Session for NBAA's 58th Annual Meeting & Convention, to be held Wednesday, November 9, through Friday, November 11, in Orlando, FL.

"Throughout her tenure at the NTSB, Chairman Designate Engleman Conners has remained sharply focused on promoting safety for the entire aviation industry, including for business aviation," said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen. "The business aviation community shares her commitment to flight safety, and we are most pleased that she has agreed to share her perspective with those in attendance at this year's Annual Meeting & Convention."

More than 30,000 Attendees and 1,000 Exhibitors are expected to participate in this year's Convention, which will cover approximately 5,000 booth spaces, or nearly one million square feet of exhibit space.

The Static Display at Orlando Executive Airport will display up to 150 business aircraft. The Opening General Session will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, in the Orlando Orange County Convention Center, Room S230A-E. A continental breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
