A resident of Palm Coast, FL has sued the FAA for the loss of her home as well as medical expenses stemming from an accident which occurred on January 3, 2013. The home of Susan Crockett was substantially damaged and eventually had to be razed. The airplane narrowly missed Crockett, who was in the home at the time, and she was forced to escape the home through a window.
