First Upgraded Beachjet 400XP Delivered

First Retail Delivery For Pro Line 21 Upgrade

The first retail Pro Line 21 Upgraded Beechjet 400XP was handed over to its new owner on Tuesday by  Constant Aviation, LLC, a maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility headquartered at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Constant Aviation says the Pro Line 21 upgrade program delivers increased situational awareness and control for the popular light business jet. This completion brings the total upgrades accomplished by Constant Aviation to three.

“When we began working with Nextant Aerospace on this STC program we knew it would bring added value to Beechjet 400A/XP owners and to deliver the first retail upgrade was an exciting accomplishment for Constant. The Pro Line 21 upgrade takes the Beechjet 400A/XP into the 21st century and streamlines the cockpit providing reduced workload for the crew,” said Stephen Maiden, President of Constant Aviation.

Base price for the Beechjet 400A/XP Pro Line 21 upgrade, consisting of three displays, is $390,000. Additional options include: a fourth display, IFIS (Integrated Flight Information System) with electronic charts, XM Graphical Weather, and a WAAS/LPV capable FMS. The Pro Line 21 avionics upgrade is a key element of the complete 400XT program. The Nextant Aerospace 400XT significantly improves the extremely popular Hawker Beechjet 400A/XP by extending its range more than 50% to over 2,000 nautical miles (4 PAX NBAA IFR) while reducing operating costs by 30%. The 400XT is equipped with a Pro Line 21 upgrade that seamlessly manages the Williams FJ44-3AP Full Authority Digital Engine control (FADEC) and enables future NEXTGEN avionics equipage requirements.
