Source: Israel's Civil Aviation Administrator Udi Zohar, talking about the discovery of the non-standard parts installed in both El Al and Israeli Air Force aircraft. Published reports say those parts could lead to landing gear collapse. Those same reports have also brought to light weaknesses in Israel's CAA.
